1905 (Meiji 38)
Izumi Mansuke, Founder
He opened a location in Bingo-cho dealing in trading tools, and moved to Tatamiya-cho and Kaizuka city in Osaka.

Izumi Eikichi, the second President
He mainly dealt with tea utensils, especially those made by Chikusen Miura. Committed to spreading the tea ceremony in the Senshu area of Osaka.

Izumi Kiyoshi, the third President
Mainly dealt with tea utensils and was part of Urasenke of the Senke Jissoku, starting with the previous generation's Raku Kichizaemon.

He had business relationships with Kusube Yaichi, Kondo Yuzo, Hamada Shoji, Fujiwara Kei, Kamoda Shoji, Shimizu Uichi and Suzuki Osamu, and sold their works.

1987 (Showa 62)
We opened Izumi Gyokusodou a location in Nishi-Tenma
(formerly Oimatsu-cho).

Izumi Shuichi, the fourth President
He specialized in handling art from departed maestros from Meiji era, human national treasure potters and contemporary potters.

2002 (Heisei 14)
June 6th - We bought a new shop in Nishi-Tenma (formerly Oimatsu-cho), Kita-ku, Osaka.
September 6th - We relocated to the new store.

2003 (Heisei 15)
June 1st - We incorporated the business.
July 1st - We opened up the shop on the 6th floor in the antique gallery of at Hankyu Department Umeda Flagship Store.

2005 (Heisei 17)
For our 100th anniversary celebration, exhibitions were held twice a year throughout 2004 and 2006.

2009 (Heisei 21)
We moved to the 11th floor in the antique gallery of Hankyu Department Umeda Flagship Store.
